B. Non-Delivery of Order

  • If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Delays caused by customs, natural events, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer may not be eligible.

C. Customer-Initiated Returns

  • If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (not defective or incorrect), you may do so within 2 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories (if applicable).
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
